About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Partnership Director to join our team at Chick-fil-A. This hands-on leadership role is designed to provide a long-term career path within one of the most respected brands in the country. In this position, you will take ownership of driving revenue, building meaningful partnerships, and expanding the restaurant’s presence in the community. This opportunity offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to create and execute strategic sales initiatives while making a direct impact on both the business and the people you serve. You will work closely alongside a successful franchisee and leadership team, gaining support, mentorship, and the resources needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • 2 years of Leadership experience
  • Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Driving new large account acquisition by building relationships and identifying opportunities within the local market
  • Expanding catering sales by promoting offerings across a wide range of events, businesses, and community occasions
  • Overseeing and growing key revenue channels, including ADP, catering, events, and strategic partnerships
  • Creating and managing systems to track sales performance, measure impact, and continuously improve results
  • Leveraging your local knowledge and connections to establish Chick-fil-A as a go-to partner within the community
  • Bringing energy, charisma, and a genuine passion for sales to every interaction, influencing both clients and internal teams
  • Collaborating with leadership and participating in director meetings to align on goals and drive overall restaurant success
  • Contributing beyond sales by supporting operations when needed and maintaining a team-first, no-silos mindset
  • Building long-term value by developing sustainable strategies that support both immediate growth and future expansion
