About The Position

Midway Leasing, a privately owned subsidiary of Midway Rent a Car and part of the Hankey Group of Companies, is hiring a Sales and Originations Manager for its Los Angeles Wilshire location. The role oversees the origination of subprime, near-prime, and prime automotive lease installment contracts. The position is based in the Los Angeles office, with potential occasional travel of 10–20%.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales, finance, or marketing experience in a corporate environment or dealership.
• Strong knowledge of leasing, dealer needs, and industry trends.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of high-end luxury and exotic vehicles.
• Experience in the luxury automotive industry, with significant focus on sales and finance or leasing.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Structure sales deals.
• Underwrite lease installment contracts.
• Conduct marketing and forge strategic partnerships with dealerships.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to leverage the scale of Midway Leasing.
• Analyze automotive industry trends that affect future residual values.
