About The Position

The Sales & Operations Execution (SIOE) Analyst plays a critical role in driving short-term demand and supply alignment within the Global Business Unit (GBU). This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain leadership to execute against monthly and quarterly objectives, improve SIOE processes, and ensure reliable product availability across the network. This role is responsible for monitoring order patterns, identifying risks to forecast commitments, and supporting data-driven decision-making to optimize production planning and delivery performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset with curiosity and willingness to expand scope
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including senior leadership
  • Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills to drive alignment and decision-making

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of supply chain principles, including Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP)
  • Experience with inventory analysis and planning
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • APICS S&OP or CSCP certification
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools

Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement of the Sales, Inventory & Operations Execution (SIOE) process
  • Partner with business, sales, operations, and supply chain leadership to execute short-term GBU objectives
  • Support overall effectiveness and discipline of demand and supply execution processes
  • Monitor monthly and quarterly customer order patterns and ensure alignment with forecast
  • Collaborate with SIOP planners to address demand and supply imbalances
  • Align with operations to ensure production plans meet demand requirements
  • Facilitate decision-making on production prioritization and campaign sequencing
  • Identify and escalate risks to meeting forecast commitments
  • Propose and support mitigation strategies to address supply/demand gaps
  • Prevent stock-out situations across manufacturing sites and distribution networks
  • Track, update, and report key SIOP performance metrics (e.g., shipment trends, forecast accuracy, supply constraints)
  • Provide insights to leadership to support data-driven decision-making
  • Partner with Delivery Services and Quality to monitor and enhance supply chain KPIs
  • Support development and ongoing management of KPIs across Supply Chain, Quality, and Delivery Services
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and performance transparency
  • Provide backup support to SIOP planners as needed to ensure continuity of operations
