About The Position

Skylark Senior Care runs North Atlanta's leading Adult Day Center program and is building its private home care agency. This role is for someone who can be the trusted first call for families finding the agency online and also build referral relationships in the community. It's described as a ground-floor growth role with significant income potential and meaningful work.

Requirements

Ability to respond quickly and consultatively to inbound family inquiries.
Ability to build referral relationships in the community through in-person visits.
Ability to convert inquiries and consultations into enrollments.
Ability to track own activity and pipeline.
Valid GA State Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Comfortable in person, in the field, most of the week.
Self-organized, Self-starter, mission-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
Discovery / Consultative selling experience.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or community-based sales experience (home care, home health, hospice, disability services, or similar).
Strong discovery-selling, consultative salesperson with lived experience with caregiving and comfort discussing dementia, aging, and elder health.
Familiarity with the North Atlanta suburbs (Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, Suwanee, Duluth, Norcross).

Responsibilities

Respond quickly and consultatively to inbound family inquiries from the website, Google, and newsletter.
Build referral relationships by visiting hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, churches, attorney offices, and senior-serving organizations across North Fulton, Forsyth, and Gwinnett counties.
Convert inquiries and consultations into enrollments for both home care and adult day services.
Track activity and pipeline, and communicate with operations for family follow-through.
