About The Position

Skylark Senior Care is seeking a Sales and Marketing Representative to join their team. This role involves being the first point of contact for families seeking care services online and building referral relationships within the community. It's a ground-floor growth opportunity with significant income potential and meaningful work.

Requirements

  • A valid GA State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable in person, in the field, most of the week.
  • Self-organized, self-starter, mission-driven, and motivated by uncapped earning potential.
  • Love for seniors and their families, and a passion for finding solutions for their care needs.
  • Excitement for discovery/consultative selling.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or community-based sales experience (home care, home health, hospice, disability services, or similar).
  • Strong discovery-selling, consultative salesperson with lived experience in caregiving.
  • Comfortable speaking about dementia, aging, and elder health.
  • Familiarity with the North Atlanta suburbs (Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming, Suwanee, Duluth, Norcross).

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and consultatively to inbound family inquiries from the website, Google, and newsletter.
  • Build referral relationships by visiting hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, churches, attorney offices, and senior-serving organizations across North Fulton, Forsyth, and Gwinnett counties.
  • Convert inquiries and consultations into enrollments for both home care and adult day services.
  • Track personal activity and pipeline, and communicate with operations to ensure follow-through for new families.
