About The Position

This position is for a dynamic sales professional passionate about building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and serving families with their caregiving needs, specifically for seniors. The role involves daily community outreach to build referral relationships, responding to family inquiries, and converting consultations into enrollments for home care and adult day services. It is not a desk job and requires significant in-person interaction.

Requirements

Proven track record of building a book of business through relationship-driven referrals and business development efforts.
Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals face to face.
Ability to act as a trusted advisor with compelling listening skills.
Ability to provide 3 rave reviews from past employers.
Experienced sales professional with genuine drive and ambition.
Track record of building business development referral relationships.
Comfortable speaking about dementia, aging, and caregiving challenges.
Experience guiding caregiving families through a sales process to enroll in adult day center and home care services.
Comfortable being in person, in the field, most of the week.
Self-organized and a self-starter.
Mission-driven.

Responsibilities

Get out into the community daily to build referral relationships with healthcare professionals (hospitals, rehab facilities, physician offices, churches, attorney offices, and senior-serving organizations) across North Fulton, Forsyth, and Gwinnett counties.
Conduct at least 25-30 in-person touch points per week.
Respond quickly and consultatively to inbound family inquiries from the website, Google, and newsletter.
Convert inquiries and consultations into enrollments for both home care and adult day services.
Conduct in-person tours at the Johns Creek Adult Day Center.
