About The Position
Kerae Medical is recruiting top-performing sales professionals who want to build long-term, recurring income - not chase one-off commissions. If you can walk into a Skilled Nursing Facility, Hospice agency, and walk out with business, keep reading. This role offers both hourly pay and commission-based pay with residual commission on all active accounts. Your monthly income grows as your accounts reorder, and high performers build predictable, compounding income streams. This is for closers who are tired of starting from zero every month, reps with SNF or hospice relationships (or the ability to build them fast), and self-driven professionals who want ownership over their income. This is NOT for anyone who needs constant supervision.
Requirements
- Ability to walk into a Skilled Nursing Facility and Hospice agency and secure business.
- Ability to build SNF or hospice relationships quickly.
- Self-driven professional with a desire for income ownership.
Nice To Haves
- Existing relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) or Hospice agencies.
Responsibilities
- Open doors and close new facility and hospice accounts.
- Lock in long-term supply relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), hospitals, and clinics.
- Lock in Long-term Supply and rental agreements with Hospice agencies.
- Build a referral pipeline that produces monthly revenue.
- Expand accounts and increase order volume over time.
