Capital Vacations is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting efforts across multiple sales and marketing locations, including Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies that attract top talent for performance-based sales and marketing positions while ensuring staffing goals are achieved in support of business objectives. The ideal candidate is an energetic recruiting professional with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional relationship-building skills, and experience recruiting for high-volume, commission-driven environments. Timeshare recruiting experience is highly preferred. This leader will manage a Recruiting Coordinator and work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to proactively identify staffing needs and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
