About The Position

At Pacific Rubber & Packing, precision matters — in how products are made, how quality is maintained, and how customers are supported. For over 45 years, we’ve partnered with companies operating in some of the most demanding environments in the world, from semiconductor manufacturing to medical and life science applications. Today, we’re continuing to evolve, supporting new infrastructure where cleanliness, reliability, and consistency are critical. We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to help lead that evolution. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the work — leading sales efforts, supporting customers, and building structure that helps teams perform better over time. You’ll work closely with the President, collaborate across manufacturing and quality teams, and help shape how we engage customers today and in the future.

  • You may have managed people, programs, or major accounts, and you’re comfortable navigating complex customer organizations.
  • Formal education is helpful but not required. What matters most is judgment, credibility, and the ability to follow through.
  • 6–12+ years of experience in B2B sales, sales management, or commercial leadership within a technical, industrial, or manufacturing environment
  • Experience managing people, programs, or major accounts with increasing scope and responsibility
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex sales cycles involving technical and operational stakeholders
  • Experience improving or building sales processes, account strategies, or team structure
  • Comfort operating in a hands-on role while contributing to strategic planning and execution

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a founder-led, privately held, or growth-stage company is beneficial
  • Relevant industry backgrounds may include advanced manufacturing, semiconductor equipment, data center infrastructure, medical devices, pharma/biopharma equipment, or life sciences instrumentation.

  • Lead and support a sales team serving technical and manufacturing-driven customers
  • Engage directly with customers and strategic accounts
  • Help shape how we go to market — from messaging to execution
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and operations to align expectations and outcomes

Benefits

  • Competitive annual compensation aligned with experience and scope, including base salary typically ranging from $180,000–$195,000, plus performance-based incentives.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company matching
  • 9 paid holidays plus paid time off
  • Work-Life Balance Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Stable, full-time employment in a safety-focused, environment
