Sales and Marketing Director
About The Position
Encore Senior Living is seeking a motivated Director of Sales and Marketing (DSM) to join their community team. This role is responsible for the overall growth of the community’s census and occupancy by developing relationships with older adults and community members. The DSM will generate leads, schedule and conduct community tours, and follow up with potential residents and/or their families. This position will track and maintain all leads in Yardi, our CRM database. Additionally, the DSM will be responsible for external business development, maintaining and growing relationships with referral sources, and planning and executing open house and community events. Collaboration with a creative consultant for ad campaigns and community promotion is also a key aspect of this role. The DSM will work closely with the community leadership team to close sales, ensure a positive experience for new residents, and facilitate successful move-ins.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- A flexible, fun, energetic people person who is capable of projecting calm, care, & professionalism in all work-related situations.
