Requirements

  • Sales and Marketing Director experience in Senior Living.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in market analysis and competitor research.
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations.
  • Experience in a nationwide company with multiple communities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and marketing efforts for senior living communities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support.
  • Build relationships with prospective residents and their families.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless resident experience.
