Responsible for demonstrating and promoting SRIM's core value of the Golden Rule by treating others, including residents, families, and associates, in the same way we would like to be treated. This role involves assisting the Director of Sales in the organization, planning, and development of all functions and programs of the sales department, and preparing and implementing a quality action plan with approval from the chief marketing officer. The position requires conducting community tours, handling sales calls and prospect inquiries via various channels, and maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor while applying excellent customer service concepts. The coordinator must possess strong decision-making, communication, and prioritization skills, monitor expenditures to ensure budget compliance, and plan and host special sales events. A key responsibility is maintaining an up-to-date inquiry/lead database and reviewing/updating the quarterly action plan to meet community needs, while also achieving all occupancy goals. Daily visits to community areas are required to ensure they are clean, safe, and present the appropriate atmosphere. The role also involves managing closings, processing move-in paperwork, ensuring resident rooms are move-in ready, and overseeing the use of approved designs in advertisements and marketing collateral. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for creating and ensuring the availability of appreciation gifts and assisting the Director of Sales with Yardi updates. Prompt and courteous responses to resident requests, adherence to policy and procedures in emergency situations, and acting as essential personnel during emergencies are also crucial. The position requires compliance with HIPAA regulations, practicing good body mechanics and safe working habits, and taking initiative in work by seeking additional information and offering solutions. Special projects and assignments outside of regular duties are also part of the role.
