About The Position

WRAL-TV is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, graphic design, and omni-channel advertising. If you're a creative thinker who loves using AI tools, analyzing marketing data, and crafting compelling sales materials, this is the opportunity for you. As a key support person for our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in building presentations, generating leads, writing digital content, and creating post-campaign reports that tell the story of how we connect brands with their ideal audience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, including omni-channel advertising and the consumer journey.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating polished sales decks and marketing materials.
  • Experience with AI tools for content creation and sales enablement.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar platforms for lead generation.
  • Excellent writing skills for crafting native digital content and marketing materials.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and articulate results in a compelling way.

Responsibilities

  • Design visually compelling slide decks for sales meetings and client presentations.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative platforms to uncover client first storytelling that directionally informs campaign creation.
  • Leverage graphic design skills to enhance marketing materials and craft native content for online platforms.
  • Support the team with knowledge of consumer journeys, digital advertising solutions, and how to effectively engage audiences across multiple platforms.
  • Use AI-powered tools and other sources to help Account Executives identify high-potential prospects and craft personalized, value-based outreach.
  • Utilize tools to generate marketing copy, sales scripts, and creative campaign ideas.
  • Work alongside our clients and digital teams to source and write recurring native content articles that live on WRAL.com.
  • Analyze data from omni-channel campaigns and create storytelling-driven reports that illustrate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
