About The Position

DivaDance® is a pop-music-inspired, choreography-based dance class, program, and party brand for adults. The Sales and Marketing Associate works as a Client Concierge, serving as the face of the client experience and helping drive revenue growth. The role involves leading sales operations, booking new leads, and creating a positive experience for clients from arrival onward. Classes are held at existing facilities in Mesa and/or Tempe; DivaDance does not have its own physical location. Reliable transportation to class locations is required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US. The position offers part-time hours, with a minimum of two shifts per week of about two hours each. The role typically hosts two to four classes per week, mostly in the evenings and potentially on weekends. Compensation is $15.50 per class plus $10 for each membership sold. Requirements

Available for at least two evening shifts per week.
Able to work at least two shifts per week, about two hours per shift; evenings and weekends may be needed.
Eligible to work in the US.
Reliable transportation to class locations in Mesa and/or Tempe.
Friendly, outgoing, and goal-oriented.
Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and online.
Comfortable with basic technology and social media.
Proactive, organized, and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in new and returning clients.
Conduct needs analysis with new clients and introduce membership options.
Proactively contact leads by text, email, and social media.
Follow up with no-shows, late cancels, and old leads to rebook and reconnect.
Help book introductory classes and support membership sales goals.
Make end-of-class announcements and promote studio events.
Capture and share class content for social media.
Maintain accurate sales notes and update lead records in the CRM.
Collaborate with instructors and the team to ensure a great client experience.
Meet or exceed goals for trials sold, bookings, and lead follow-up.
Represent DivaDance values in every interaction and communicate with the sales and studio team.
