About The Position

We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and creative individual to provide part-time business, CRM, marketing, and administrative support across several growing technology-focused business initiatives. This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. We are looking for someone who can help keep customer activity, sales opportunities, follow-ups, marketing efforts, projects, and day-to-day business tasks organized and moving forward. The ideal person is comfortable working independently, learns quickly, has strong follow-through, and brings a little creativity to the role. Because we work across multiple growing businesses, the role will have variety. Some days may be focused on HubSpot and sales activity, while others may involve marketing content, research, presentations, or helping organize a new business opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who likes variety and enjoys being the person who helps turn ideas into action. We value someone who can take that kind of direction and run with it.
