About The Position

Kitchen Tune-Up of Greater Salt Lake is seeking a Sales and Market Development Leader to build and grow their market. This role involves closing warm, company-provided in-home consultations for projects ranging from $8,000 to $80,000+, with a target close rate of 50%+. The leader will also build their own pipeline by establishing relationships with custom home builders, general contractors, interior designers, kitchen/bath showrooms, property managers, multi-family operators, realtors, home stagers, renovation lenders, HOAs, and neighborhood networks. These relationships are intended to create sustainable referral sources. The position offers a path to mentoring and shaping the broader sales team, with a territory covering Salt Lake, Summit, Davis, and Weber Counties.

Requirements

  • Proven high-ticket closer with $20K+ deals and verifiable numbers
  • Demonstrated ability to build a market and create pipeline, not just work existing leads
  • Existing or buildable network in the Salt Lake market
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision required

  • Experience building referral networks or strategic partnerships
  • Existing relationships with builders, designers, or realtors in the Salt Lake market

  • Build referral sources that provide consistent business
