Join our La Crosse campus team as a Sales and Leasing Consultant for Hyundai Mazda. In this key role, you will assist guests in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles that align with their needs and preferences. Requirements

Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with preference given to candidates with prior automotive sales experience (not required)
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships with guests to create lifelong clients.
Use a consultative sales approach by asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand each guest’s needs.
Continuously grow your product knowledge and sales expertise to become a trusted vehicle specialist, staying up to date on features, packages, and emerging technologies.
Deliver professional, engaging demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
Maintain consistent follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
Develop the ability to confidently address objections and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Track and communicate goals, activities, performance reviews, and results.
Show up each day with energy, professionalism, and a positive, motivated mindset.
