About The Position
The Griffin Agency is a family-run independent insurance agency committed to the success of its agents. We are seeking team-players with an entrepreneurial passion and a strong commitment to serving clients. Both full-time and part-time sales and insurance agency development positions are available. As the demand for life insurance and financial services increases, especially with our aging population, it is crucial to find qualified professionals to help serve clients and families. With proprietary lead generation and training systems, agents have the opportunity to build their own business and earn based on their work. A leadership development program is also available for ambitious sales professionals to develop their own agency.
Requirements
- Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, and driven to succeed

- Proven history of leadership/management
Responsibilities
- Build your own business
- Serve clients and families
- Develop a plan to execute on goals
- Lead and manage within a business development role
- Meet with clients over the internet utilizing ZOOM, Facetime, etc.
