Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality or related industry
  • Ability to drive performance, accountability, and team engagement
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience managing operations, budgets, or departmental goals
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change and innovation
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel sales, catering, events, or conference services
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hospitality experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Delphi or similar sales system experience preferred

  • Identify upsell opportunities and help maximize hotel revenue
