The Design + Sales position is responsible for actively pre-qualifying, pursuing, engaging, and closing sales for cabinets and related products and services for contractors, design partners, and retail customers. This role requires identifying, qualifying, and selling to these specific customer segments, which involves a comprehensive pre-qualification effort and documented reporting of prospects. The position demands strong interpersonal and communication skills, sales material development, concept and final design development, budget/price estimate creation, and meticulous file management. The role involves daily communication with a wide range of individuals, including executives, design professionals, site personnel, and various internal departments, requiring professionalism and business acumen.
