About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at our Mueksgo, WI branch. This role involves making a real impact by providing solutions to customers, looking for sales opportunities, building long-term relationships, and ensuring the branch runs smoothly. During winter months, you will reconnect with customers to ensure they are set up for the season ahead. You will become comfortable having real conversations with people and asking for the sale. No background in sales or customer service is required.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (phone and email)
A positive mindset, with a solution-focused attitude
Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
Computer and typing skills
The confidence to try new things and be willing to let us teach you the rest

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Associate

Checking in on customer emails and voicemails and responding with care, offering solutions.
Looking for sales opportunities for services to fulfill customers' needs and aspirations.
