About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at our Appleton, WI branch. This role involves providing customer support, identifying sales opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and processing mail. During winter months, the role includes reconnecting with customers for seasonal setup. The position requires comfort in having real conversations with people and asking for sales, with no prior background in sales or customer service required. The typical work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Naturescape is a family-owned company committed to customer satisfaction and quality service, with 38 locations across the Midwest and South. Requirements

Strong communication skills (phone and email)
A positive mindset, with a solution-focused attitude
Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale

Willingness to learn and try new things

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Associate.
