About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at our Muskego, WI branch. This role involves making a real impact by providing solutions to customers, looking for sales opportunities, building long-term relationships, and ensuring the branch runs smoothly. During winter months, you will reconnect with customers to prepare them for the season ahead. The role requires comfortable conversations with people and asking for the sale, with no prior experience in sales or customer service necessary.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (phone and email)
• A positive mindset, with a solution-focused attitude
• Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
• Computer and typing skills
• The confidence to try new things and be willing to learn

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Checking in on customer emails and voicemails and responding with care and offering solutions.
• Looking for sales opportunities for services to fulfill customer needs.
• Building long-term relationships with customers.
• Processing mail daily to ensure the branch runs smoothly.
• Reconnecting with customers during winter months to ensure they are set up for the season ahead.
• Having real conversations with people and asking for the sale.
