In this role, a typical day will look like: Manage incoming customer quote requests and provide timely, accurate quotations. Convert approved quotes into orders and enter customer orders into ERP systems with precision. Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM systems to ensure visibility and data integrity. Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, lead times, and order status. Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues and support customer needs. Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce errors, and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in a business, commercial, or technical field, or equivalent experience
