About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at our Mueksgo, WI branch. This role is about making a real impact by answering customer inquiries, offering solutions, identifying sales opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships. The representative will also assist in daily branch operations and reconnect with customers during winter months. The position requires strong communication skills, a positive and solution-focused attitude, comfort with sales, and basic computer proficiency. No prior experience in sales or customer service is necessary, as training will be provided. Previous experience in roles like Office Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Sales Associate may be beneficial.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (phone and email)
A positive mindset, with a solution-focused attitude
Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
Computer and typing skills
The confidence to try new things and be willing to learn

Responsibilities

Check in on customer emails and voicemails and respond with care, offering solutions.
Look for sales opportunities for services to fulfill customer needs.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Process mail daily to ensure the branch runs smoothly.
Reconnect with customers during winter months to ensure they are set up for the season ahead.
Have real conversations with people and ask for the sale.
Play a key role in both sales and customer service.
