About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Representative to provide support at our Muskego, WI branch. This role involves making a real impact by answering customer inquiries, offering solutions, identifying sales opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships. The position also includes processing mail and reconnecting with customers during winter months. The ideal candidate will be comfortable having real conversations, asking for sales, and possess strong communication and computer skills. No prior experience in sales or customer service is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. The role is a key part of ensuring the branch runs smoothly and contributes to customer satisfaction by helping them create beautiful lawns and landscapes.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (phone and email)
• A positive mindset, with a solution-focused attitude
• Comfortable talking to customers and asking for the sale
• Computer and typing skills
• The confidence to try new things and be willing to learn

• Previous experience as an Office Assistant

Responsibilities

• Checking in on customer emails and voicemails and responding with care and offering solutions.
• Looking for sales opportunities for services to fulfill customer needs.
• Building long-term relationships with customers.
• Processing small amounts of mail daily.
• Reconnecting with customers during winter months to ensure they are set up for the season ahead.
• Having real conversations with people and asking for the sale.
• Playing a key role in both sales and customer service.
