Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and hold accountable the sales and customer success team to deliver "WOW" customer service
• Oversee class scheduling, account questions, and billing follow-through
• Support new membership sales and conversion through confident, helpful conversations
• Maintain an organized, welcoming lobby and handle light cleaning as needed
