This Is It! BBQ & Seafood – Corporate Catering Division Are you an energetic, driven, and outgoing professional who loves connecting with people and building business relationships? Position Overview The Sales & Catering Coordinator plays a key role in increasing Corporate Catering sales across our six locations. This position is responsible for executing our catering marketing strategy, generating new business through outreach, and serving as a professional, front‑facing representative of our brand in the community. The Coordinator will also support and assist at catering events to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (hospitality, catering, or food service sales preferred).
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, scheduling systems, and digital communication platforms.
  • Well‑spoken, confident, and polished in both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong customer service and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to take initiative and meet sales goals.
  • Outgoing, upbeat, and positive personality.
  • Strong ability to engage business owners, administrative leaders, and community decision‑makers.
  • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for events.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Team player who contributes to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Corporate Catering sales across all restaurant locations.
  • Execute the company's marketing strategy to expand catering visibility and volume.
  • Conduct cold calls, prospecting, and follow‑up outreach to secure new business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, community organizations, churches, and local leaders.
  • Participate in community events, networking functions, and brand‑building activities.
  • Assist with onsite catering events to ensure smooth execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Catering and Marketing teams on promotional initiatives.
  • Track leads, sales activity, and account progress using internal systems.
