This role is focused on execution, moving buyers from inquiry to discovery tours to active engagement with the sales team. The individual will be the primary human connection for many buyers, directly impacting their decision to move forward. This is not a passive sales role, but one requiring a focus on follow-ups, reminders, pipeline management, buyer psychology, and consistent communication to ensure no lead is left behind.

  • Extremely organized and naturally proactive.
  • Ability to follow up without needing reminders.
  • Commercially sharp and comfortable managing many ongoing conversations simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with high ownership.
  • Genuine care about wellness, design, sustainability, architecture, or intentional living.
  • Experience hosting tours or events.
  • Strong understanding of high-net-worth buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound buyer interest across calls, texts, email, DMs, and Zoom, maintaining consistent communication and proactively moving conversations forward.
  • Coordinate and schedule tours, showings, and founder-led visits, occasionally conducting on-site tours.
  • Keep HubSpot organized, updated, and actionable, tracking every conversation, next step, and buyer interaction.
  • Confidently answer questions about the community, homes, process, timelines, and next steps while building trust with prospective buyers.
  • Support the CEO and sales team in converting a 700+ person interest list into serious buyers and signed contracts.
  • Identify recurring buyer questions, objections, and hesitations, and share insights with leadership to improve messaging and sales flow.

Benefits

  • Contractor retainer + commission on tours booked and homes sold
  • Opportunity to get in early on something big and see impact daily
  • Work alongside a small, driven team building something new
  • Fast learning and growth opportunities with a path toward leadership or specialization
  • Help families make life-changing decisions
