About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in retail, sales or service preferred
• Office Administration Skills
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service, accuracy, and follow-through
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Light Accounting AR/AP experience is a plus
• Comfortable using ERP or warehouse management systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
• Knowledge of Genarally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• Forklift or material handing equipment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly customer service in-store and in the yard
• Process sales transactions, returns, and payments accurately
• Assist customers with product selection, quotes, and special orders
• Build relationships with existing customers and support sales outreach
• Assist with basic Accounts Receivable tasks, including payment processing
• Prepare daily bank deposits; review for accuracy
• Retrieve and review daily transaction reports
• Perform collection calls for past due accounts
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
