We are looking for a Sales Agronomist III to join our Dekalb/ASGROW team in Central South Dakota. This role is responsible for leading the development of a comprehensive Bayer portfolio business plan, building relationships with key growers, and providing value-added support. The ideal candidate will deliver squad goals by leading grower demand generation plans and supporting others' role responsibilities. They will provide whole-farm agronomic advice, drive trials related to the Bayer Portfolio with targeted growers, and offer support at key seasonal milestones. Collaboration with Field Sales Representatives (FSRs), Technical Agronomists (TAs), and Partners is crucial for business planning and understanding growers' business objectives. The role involves resolving performance issues, supporting key grower needs, making strategic recommendations to leadership, and connecting with company peers. The Sales Agronomist III will monitor grower account inventory, track planned activities, and manage an annual SG&A budget. This position requires approximately 60% travel with significant face-to-face customer interaction.
