Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Drive: Confidence in making outbound calls and closing business.
  • Attitude: Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Licensing: Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain).

  • Bilingual: Skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Generate New Business: Identify prospects, conduct outreach, and convert leads into policies.
  • Client Consultations: Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
  • Sell and Cross-Sell: Offer a full suite of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct policy reviews.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals.
  • Stay Informed: Remain current on product offerings and industry compliance standards.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals.
  • Team Engagement: Participate in team meetings and collaborative strategy sessions.
