Manages and coordinates the implementation of corporate sales and marketing objectives for assigned agency office(s) of Georgia Farm Bureau. Assures that agency quality service is maintained and that working relationships with the home office and counties are positive and productive. Responsible for the recruiting, training, development, and performance management of agents and customer service representatives. Provides resources to customers to help them choose policies that fit their needs. Fluent in all major lines and services needed by their customers such as farm, homeowner, auto, life insurance, and banking products. Involved with prospecting and seeking new customers and memberships.
