Requirements

  • Experienced in luxury car sales
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Good customer service skills and work ethic
  • Goal oriented and high energy
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to follow a process
  • Willingness to learn
  • Previous car sales experience ideal but not required
  • Must Be Professional with a confident attitude
  • Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette
  • Strong customer service and phone skills
  • Efficient with Time management
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
  • Positive, flexible and process-oriented
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury sales experience is preferred
  • Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)
  • An interest in the automotive industry
