Requirements

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: At least 5+ years of customer success and/or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Passion for Sustainability: Enthusiastic about Pebble’s mission and innovations in sustainable travel and technology.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Excel, CRM systems, and an ability to stay informed on EV trends and local incentives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all sales inbound through our Pebble Sales Phone, Email, and Chat communication methods.
  • Greet and engage with new owners, guests and prospective customers to create a welcoming atmosphere to discuss Pebble’s offerings. Share knowledge about the Pebble Flow and the benefits of sustainable travel.
  • Excite and educate customers through product demonstrations and vehicle orientations, showcasing the unique features of the Pebble Flow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and assisting with supporting documentation
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
  • Perform additional tasks to meet business needs, including supporting special events.
