About The Position

Mercedes-Benz Creve Coeur is looking for experienced and motivated automotive sales professionals who are ready to join a premier team. This role involves accurately presenting and demonstrating dealership vehicles, developing client relationships, presenting pricing options, negotiating, and providing high-level customer service. The position requires continuous product knowledge training and conducting business ethically and professionally.

Requirements

• Self-starter with strong initiative with a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction
• 2+ years automotive sales or similar commission-based sales experience with other luxury products or pharmaceutical sales
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
• Valid Driver’s License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 yeras

Responsibilities

• Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of dealership vehicles
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests and other lead sources
• Present pricing options and negotiate pricing
• Provide high level of customer service before and after the sale
• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training
