Requirements
- Professional attitude with confidence in customer interactions
- Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow processes
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Ability to listen actively and provide exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Must be willing to work Saturdays and some Sundays
Nice To Haves
- Previous car sales experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to engage potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and directing them appropriately within the dealership
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Offer a positive and flexible approach to every customer interaction
- Maintain an organized and enthusiastic work environment
