As an Inbound Call Center Sales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers, handling inbound calls to assist with inquiries, product information, and sales. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding product information, service inquiries, and sales opportunities
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently
  • Convert inquiries into sales by offering solutions that align with the customer’s needs
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of KTECH’s products, services, and promotional offers
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through consistent performance and customer satisfaction
  • Update customer records in our database accurately and promptly
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retain business
  • Collaborate with team members and management to optimize processes and sales strategies
