About The Position

We’re seeking an Inbound Marketer to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle incoming customer calls, schedule appointments, and provide top-notch customer service. This role is also known as Appointment Specialist, Call Center Representative, or Customer Service Representative—so if you’ve worked in any of these roles, you’ll be a great fit here!

Requirements

  • Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends.
  • Available for shifts from 12 PM - 9 PM Wednesday-Sunday
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service, call center, or inside sales experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound calls in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments using our CRM system.
  • Verify and accurately input customer information into the database.
  • Provide clear, accurate details about products and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals (appointments set, call quality, etc.).
  • Deliver a positive, customer-first experience in every interaction.
