About The Position

OnPoint CX Solutions is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Inbound Call Handling Agents to support utility overflow outage calls from our Henderson, NV call center. This position is on-site in Henderson, NV, with the opportunity to transition to work-from-home after successfully completing training and a minimum of 60 days on-site, meeting all performance KPIs, and satisfying work-from-home technical requirements (including internet speed, workspace standards, and compliance criteria). Work-from-home eligibility is not guaranteed. This is a 24-hour campaign, with schedules that are predominantly overnight , and flexibility is required to work day, swing, and graveyard shifts, including weekends and holidays . This is a mission-critical, non-sales role focused on assisting customers during power outages, hazardous conditions, and other urgent service situations. The role plays a vital part in supporting public safety and essential utility services. Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment are mandatory , as agents will handle time-sensitive outage calls where accuracy and professionalism are essential. Job Summary As an Inbound Call Handling Agent, you will receive and manage inbound calls related to power outages, hazardous conditions, and other utility-related inquiries. Agents are responsible for actively listening to customers, collecting accurate information, and documenting details correctly within the client’s ticketing system. Due to the nature of outage response, this role requires a high level of accountability, professionalism, consistency, and schedule adherence.
