About The Position

The Sales Advisor uses strong customer service skills and knowledge of vaping products, including devices and e-liquid, to help customers identify products that meet their needs. The role includes educating customers about vaping and helping them transition from traditional tobacco products. Sales Advisors provide product information, process transactions and returns, support store inventory and upkeep, and participate in marketing initiatives.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to quickly learn about products and communicate their features and benefits effectively.
Strong communication skills, including listening to customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and addressing questions and concerns.
Ability to work as part of a team and a desire to improve performance through feedback and coaching.
Good vision for reading information in print and electronically.
Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for up to 100% of the workday.
Ability to occasionally bend, squat, kneel, climb, reach, and stoop.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience.
Experience with and/or use of vapor products.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers.
Provide a high-quality customer service experience through product knowledge and effective communication.
Continually learn about products and accurately explain their features, pricing, and return policies.
Answer customer questions, recommend products, and address customer concerns or issues.
Educate customers about and enroll them in the rewards program.
Use the point-of-sale system to record inventory sold and discounts applied.
Process merchandise returns according to company policies.
Participate in stocking and inventorying products and supplies.
Maintain store cleanliness and readiness to support a positive customer experience.
Participate in marketing initiatives, including signage displays, waving, distributing coupons and informational materials, and informing customers about promotions.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
