Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a luxury fashion boutique, ideally in the leather handbag sector.
Total willingness to work as part of a team and collaborate to achieve goals.
Proactivity, rigor, and meticulous attention to detail.
Autonomy, adaptability, and resilience to manage high boutique traffic.
Fluent English.
Availability to work full time (40 hours per week), including weekends.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of any other language besides English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Convey the PARIS/64 brand universe and convert interactions into sales through respectful and friendly customer engagement.
Provide detailed advice to customers based on their needs, reflecting the brand's values and creating an unforgettable experience.
Encourage cross-selling by informing and proposing different product options.
Manage cash and perform basic tasks to maintain product condition for sale.
Execute daily opening and closing procedures, including confirming document and cash transfers.
Report store information daily and update the customer database for future sales.
Support the logistics and operations team with organization and inventory tasks to ensure proper shop maintenance.
Open and close the shop, paying attention to lighting, visual product display, managing stock of products and consumables, and handling telephone customers.
