About The Position

TRUE Community Credit Union is growing and expanding its presence in the Salina community with a new downtown branch. They are looking for a Full-Time Member Advisor to join their team during this exciting time of growth. As a Member Advisor, you will help members with everyday banking needs while building relationships, providing financial solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service in a welcoming, community-focused environment. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience as a Bank Teller, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Member Service Representative, Financial Services Representative, Customer Service Representative, or Retail Associate who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact every day.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using technology and learning new systems

Responsibilities

Help members with their everyday banking needs.
Provide personalized financial solutions.
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Open and maintain deposit accounts.
Assist with consumer loan applications.
Educate members on fraud prevention and account security.
Recommend products and services that support their financial well-being.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Identify member needs.
Build lasting relationships through every interaction.
