About The Position

TRUE Community Credit Union is growing and expanding its presence in the Saline community with a new downtown branch. They are seeking a Full-Time Member Advisor to join their team during this period of growth. The Member Advisor will assist members with everyday banking needs, build relationships, provide financial solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming, community-focused environment. This role is suitable for individuals with prior experience as a Bank Teller, Universal Banker, Personal Banker, Member Service Representative, Financial Services Representative, Customer Service Representative, or Retail Associate who are passionate about helping people, building relationships, and making a positive impact.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
One year of banking, retail, cash handling, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort using technology and learning new systems

Responsibilities

Help members with their everyday banking needs.
Provide personalized financial solutions.
Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other account transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Open and maintain deposit accounts.
Assist with consumer loan applications.
Educate members on fraud prevention and account security.
Recommend products and services that support members' financial well-being.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Identify member needs.
Build lasting relationships through every interaction.
