This is the operational backbone of our sales organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you sit at the intersection of sellers, buyers, brokers, and leadership, ensuring conversations happen quickly, activity is tracked correctly, and deals don’t stall due to poor follow-through or bad data. You are not closing deals. You are making sure deals can close. If you thrive on structure, accountability, and execution, and take pride in being the person sales teams rely on, this role fits. If you want commissions or “selling vibes,” it does not.
