We are seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and highly motivated Sales Administrator to join our team at our Martinez branch. This full-time position plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Team and ensuring smooth, efficient sales operations. Position Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Location: Martinez, CA Work From Home: Eligible after 90 days (1 recurring day per week)

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • High attention to detail and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bid packages, submittals, and sales documentation
  • Process equipment sales orders and maintain accurate records
  • Support service contracts and customer onboarding
  • Build invoices and work orders in ASPEN and reconcile deposits
  • Order parts, manage purchase orders, and coordinate vendors
  • Maintain CRM and sales tracking systems
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, trade shows, and customer campaigns
  • Provide professional customer service and administrative support
