About The Position

Bilton Welding and Manufacturing Ltd. (Bilton) is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Sales and Estimating team at our Innisfail or Calgary location. This role provides administrative and systems support to ensure sales information, quotes, and documentation are accurate, organized, and completed within required timelines.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales administration or administrative support experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas or manufacturing industry.
Strong systems experience with ERP and CRM platforms.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry and documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Professional, dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

M2M experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Prepare sales documentation, enter sales orders, and maintain accurate customer and commercial records in ERP system and company database.
Perform accurate and timely data entry.
Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, and internal departments to obtain required information and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain organized departmental files, records, and documentation.
Prepare reports, correspondence, and sales documents using Microsoft Word and Office applications.
Provide administrative support to the Sales team and VP of Sales & Marketing.
Manage multiple priorities and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
