As our Sales Administrator / Rental Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our team, supporting customers, coordinating rental vehicles, assisting with sales activities, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You'll often be the first person a customer meets or speaks with, making you an important part of delivering the warm, welcoming experience that sets United Access apart.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer records
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a medical office, dealership, or service environment
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
  • Cash handling and accounting reconciliation experience
  • Inventory management experience
  • Bilingual skills

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and create a positive first impression
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information
  • Process paperwork, payments, invoices, and daily transactions
  • Assist with cash handling, reconciliations, and record keeping
  • Schedule and manage vehicle rentals
  • Prepare rental agreements and collect payments
  • Process rental returns and close rental transactions
  • Assist with occasional rental vehicle deliveries
  • Clean and prep the rental vans for rent.
  • Support sales staff with administrative and customer-facing activities
  • Assist customers with mobility equipment, scooter, and wheelchair lift inquiries
  • Conduct customer follow-up and outreach activities
  • Help drive a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Process vehicle titles, registrations, warranties, and DMV-related documentation
  • Register warranties for mobility equipment installations
  • Manage customer files and documentation
  • Support inventory tracking and ordering processes
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as needed
