About The Position

Lawless Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to support our sales department and ensure every customer receives a consistent, high-quality experience from first contact through follow-up. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training, clear structure, and strong earning potential as responsibilities grow.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customers (phone, internet)
  • Manage and track all customer communication within our CRM system
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up for all sales leads and showroom visits
  • Coordinate and distribute incoming leads to the appropriate sales team members
  • Support the sales team by maintaining organized workflows and accurate records
  • Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming dealership experience
  • Identify gaps in communication or follow-up and proactively address them
