About The Position
As a Retail Experience Specialist, you’ll be the face of our business — greeting customers, assisting with purchases, and ensuring every guest has a great experience. You’ll handle cashiering duties, complete required ATF Form 4473 paperwork accurately, and work closely with teammates to maintain smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Preferred cashiering or retail experience
- Strong with math, computers, multitasking
- Trustworthy, people-smart, fast-paced
- Over 21, legally able to purchase a firearm
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
